This VIN upgrade allows another vehicle to be flashed on your cable/account, all this purchase does is allow another SLOT on your cable for tuning, it does NOT include the tune.

A tune purchase for the additional VIN needs to be made, you can not tune a second car for only $75..

 

Each tuning cable comes being able to flash unlimited to one vin. In some cases people have 2 cars or want to flash a friends, this option allows for another VIN to be added to your account. Which includes the same unlimited flashing/free staged upgrades and updates/logging.
